Plumbing in Mississauga, done properly the first time.

We handle the jobs other people walk away from — the slow leak behind the wall, the basement drain that backs up every spring, the water heater that quit on a Sunday night. Licensed, insured, and working across Mississauga and the surrounding west-end communities.

What we do

Tap any service to open it. Most of what we're called out for falls into one of these — if yours isn't listed, it's still worth asking.

01 Emergency & same-day repairs

When water is going somewhere it shouldn't, the priority is stopping it and finding out why — not guessing. We come out, isolate the problem, and tell you plainly what it is before anything gets opened up.

  • Burst or frozen pipe repair and section replacement
  • Active leaks at joints, supply lines, and shut-off valves
  • No hot water, no cold water, or no pressure at a fixture
  • Toilets overflowing or running continuously
  • Water where it shouldn't be — under sinks, behind appliances, in the ceiling

If you can, shut off the main before we arrive. It buys time and limits the damage. We'll walk you through it on the phone if you're not sure where it is.

02 Drains & sewer lines

A drain that's slow is telling you something. Clearing it is half the job; the other half is working out whether it's grease and hair, a collapsed section of pipe, or tree roots that will be back next year.

  • Kitchen, bathroom, and floor drain clearing
  • Main sewer line clearing and camera inspection
  • Root intrusion and recurring backup diagnosis
  • Backwater valve installation and servicing
  • Basement flood prevention for older Mississauga homes

Older neighbourhoods around Port Credit, Streetsville, and Lakeview have a lot of original clay sewer laterals. If your house is pre-1970 and you've had more than one backup, a camera inspection is worth it before you spend money on another clearing.

03 Water heaters & tanks

Water heaters fail in predictable ways — rusty water, popping sounds, a puddle at the base, or simply running out of hot water halfway through a shower. We repair what's worth repairing and replace what isn't, and we'll tell you which one you're looking at.

  • Diagnosis and repair of gas and electric tanks
  • Tank replacement, including removal and disposal of the old unit
  • Tankless and on-demand system installation
  • Expansion tanks, T&P valves, and relief line corrections
  • Annual flushing to extend the life of an existing tank

If your tank is over ten years old and leaking from the shell rather than a fitting, replacement is usually the honest answer. We'll say so instead of charging you for a repair that won't hold.

04 Bathroom & kitchen plumbing

Whether you're replacing a faucet or gutting a bathroom, the plumbing is the part that has to be right before anything gets closed up. We work with homeowners directly and alongside contractors on renos.

  • Faucet, shower valve, and toilet replacement
  • Vanity, sink, and appliance hookups
  • Rough-in plumbing for new bathrooms and kitchens
  • Relocating supply and drain lines for a changed layout
  • Garburator, dishwasher, and laundry connections

For renovations, the useful time to call us is before the drywall goes up — not after. We'd rather look at an open wall than cut into a finished one.

05 Leak detection & pipe repair

Not every leak announces itself. A rising water bill, a musty smell, a patch of discoloured ceiling, or a warm spot on the floor are all worth investigating before they become a repair bill ten times the size.

  • Hidden leak location in walls, ceilings, and under slabs
  • Galvanized and poly-B pipe replacement
  • Shut-off valve and main valve replacement
  • Pipe insulation and freeze protection
  • Water pressure diagnosis and correction
06 Maintenance & inspections

The cheapest plumbing problem is the one that gets caught early. This is for homeowners who'd rather spend a little now than a lot in February.

  • Whole-home plumbing inspection with a written summary
  • Pre-purchase inspections for buyers and realtors
  • Seasonal winterization and spring startup checks
  • Water heater and backwater valve servicing
  • Fixture and shut-off valve audits

How a job runs

No mystery pricing and no surprise add-ons. Here's the sequence, start to finish.

  1. You get in touch

Call, or send the quote form below with a description of what's happening. Photos help — a picture of the fixture, the leak, or the water heater label saves a lot of back-and-forth.

  2. We ask the right questions

When it started, whether it's constant or intermittent, what's above and below it, and how old the house is. That's usually enough to know whether it's a quick fix or a bigger job.

  3. You get a price before we start

For straightforward work we can quote over the phone. For anything that needs looking at, we come out, diagnose it, and give you the number before any work begins. You decide from there.

  4. We do the work and clean up

Drop sheets down, work area protected, and we take the old parts and packaging with us. You shouldn't be able to tell we were there, apart from the thing now working.

  5. We stand behind it

If something we fixed acts up again, call us. Workmanship on repairs is covered — [warranty period] on labour, plus whatever the manufacturer covers on parts.

What customers say

Most of our work comes from people who were recommended to us by a neighbour, a realtor, or a contractor they already trust. Here's what some of them had to say.

[Customer quote — what the job was, how it went, and what you'd tell a neighbour about us. Two or three sentences is plenty.]
[Customer name] [Neighbourhood, e.g. Port Credit] · [Job, e.g. main drain clearing]
[Customer quote — the problem they called about, how quickly you got there, and how it was handled.]
[Customer name] [Neighbourhood] · [Job, e.g. water heater replacement]
[Customer quote — a renovation, an inspection, or a job another plumber had already looked at.]
[Customer name] [Neighbourhood] · [Job, e.g. bathroom rough-in]

These are placeholders — send me the real ones and I'll drop them in. If you'd rather not name customers, first name plus neighbourhood is enough, and I can leave the job type off entirely.

Questions we get asked

Q Do you charge for coming out?

[State your call-out policy here — e.g. "No call-out fee within Mississauga; the diagnostic visit is credited against the repair if you go ahead."] Whatever the policy is, it gets said on the phone before we book, not after.

Q How fast can you get here?

For emergencies we aim to be on site the same day, and often within a few hours depending on where you are and what's already booked. Non-urgent work is usually scheduled within [typical wait time].

Q Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Licence number [Licence / registration number], fully insured for residential work. We're happy to send proof of insurance before we start if you or your building manager need it on file.

Q Can you work with my contractor?

Often, yes. On renovations we can coordinate with your general contractor or designer so the rough-in happens at the right point in the schedule — before insulation and drywall, and after the layout is final.

Q What should I do while I wait for you?

Shut off the water at the main if it's an active leak, and clear the area around the fixture so we can get at it. If water is near electrical outlets or a panel, stay clear and call us right away.

Q Do you do small jobs?

Yes. A dripping faucet or a running toilet is a legitimate call — it's usually a short visit, and it's cheaper than the water bill it's quietly running up.
